  • At Photo Fresh, we handcraft every order in our warehouse located in the UK.

    Depending on when orders are placed and which weekly production cycle they are on, UK orders usually arrive between 5 and 8 days.

    We now operate two production cycles per week. Orders must be placed before the cut-off time for inclusion in the earliest cycle.

    Orders placed after Tuesday midnight will be included in cycle 1. Orders placed after Saturday midnight will be included in cycle 2.

  • Unfortunately since these are custom orders, we are unable to provide a refund but we can provide a free, one-time replacement. Just send us a message!

    Please make sure that you have the correct address when checking out.

  • At Photo Fresh, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our customised scents and images. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, we've got you covered:

    • Request a free replacement within 48 hours of delivery to ensure your complete satisfaction.
    • Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply if the photo we have received did not follow our photo guideline rules.
    • Please note that we reserve the right to deny any refund or replacement requests that do not meet our criteria.

  • If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please get in touch with us and one of our team will be happy to send out a replacement for you free of charge.

  • Yes, you can add multiple photos and take advantage of the multi-buy discount. If you are looking to add more than one image, follow these steps:

    1. Using the uploader, choose 1-10 photos.
    2. Select the correct quantity in the 'Bundle & Save' section.

    If only one photo is uploaded but multiple packs are selected, we'll print multiple freshies using the same photo.

  • Not to worry! Our skilled design team will expertly crop and edit your photo for you, free of charge.

    Just The Head(s): Our skilled team of graphic designers will trim your photo to exclusively showcase the head(s) depicted in the image.

    Entire Body(s): Our proficient graphic designers will eliminate the background from your photo and retain solely the body(s) displayed in the image. *Size tends to run smaller in order to fit the full body image onto the design template*

    Just The Car: If your photo includes a car, this choice will instruct our designers to exclusively emphasise the car in the final product.

    Do Not Crop: We will refrain from any cropping of your photo, and it will be presented in the final product exactly as uploaded.

  • Absolutely, we will print your submitted photo on both sides of the air freshener. It will appear mirrored on one side to fit the custom silhouette, while retaining the original image on the other side.

  • For best results, upload high-quality photos with proper lighting that clearly showcase the full face, body, or vehicle. Images that are crisp, well-lit, and capture the entire subject matter make for the most vibrant custom freshies.

  • Feel free to upload any high-quality photo you love! Well-lit, close-up images with good resolution will ensure the clearest custom prints. We are not responsible for finished products that come out dark because the photo submitted was not well-lit.

    REMINDER - Please do NOT upload dark photos as they will come out dark. There will be no refunds or free replacement on orders with dark photos submitted.

    No photos with filters.

    Please be aware - we cannot legally include photos of celebrities, athletes, famous characters, trademarked logos, or explicit content without proper permissions. We appreciate you submitting only original photos you hold rights to.

    Just The Head(s): If choosing this option, please make sure the entire head is clear and visible. If not, it may be printed as is, without any cropping.

    Entire Body(s): If choosing this option, the entire body must be clear and present in the photo. Failure with this may result in your order being printed without any cropping.

    Just The Car: If choosing this option, please make sure the entire car is visible in the photo. Failure to do so may result in your order printed without any cropping.

    Orders usually start processing within 24 hours of placing the purchase.
