Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Unfortunately, if an incorrect address is provided and the item is returned to us, we are unable to cover the cost of a second postage fee.


Processing Time

All our products are made to order, which means they require time to be carefully prepared before dispatch. This includes the creation of personalised items, which may involve printing, cutting, and scenting – as with our custom car air fresheners.

Our standard processing time is 3 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of payment. We work hard to get your items shipped as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued during the processing period.
